 Extensive Internet marketing is the core of our marketing strategy, combined with aggressive pricing and more traditional marketing techniques we maximize your property's exposure to potential buyers. In a 2006 study by the National Association of Realtors, more than 80% of buyers use the Internet to search for homes. Today, those numbers are even higher. To take full advantage of this, we post our listings to a number of National MLS's as well as our local Northwest Multiple Listing Service, public classified sites, and relocation services.

 I've been practicing real estate at Keller Williams Realty since 2004 and have been member of the National Association of Realtors for my entire career.  I have been a real estate trainer in my office, teaching other agents the secrets to a successful real estate career, and have trained a variety of subjects. I enjoy teaching my skills to others.
